Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online 24/7 through our web shop www.vdh-solar.nl. You can also mail your order to order@vdh-solar.nl

I lost my login details, how can I retrieve them?

Please contact our sales team at info@vdh-solar.nl or 0172 235 990. One of our staff will assist you further with reapplying for your login details. You can also click on "Forgot your password?" when logging in and follow the instructions.

Until what time can I place my order?

At VDH Solar the following applies: ordered today, will be delivered the next working day if in stock. Our sales team is available Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 17:00 to process your orders. We recommend contacting our sales team at info@vdh-solar.nl or 0172 235 990 if in doubt.

You can place your order online 24/7 through our webshop www.vdh-solar.nl. You can also mail your order to order@vdh-solar.nl

I want to cancel my (webshop) order, how can I indicate that?

Please contact us directly by phone at 0172 235 990 to cancel your order as soon as possible. If you have already received the order, the order can be returned. For more information on product returns, please see our shipping & returns page. Click here for the shipping & returns page.

Do you also sell to individuals or only to certified installers?

VDH Solar only supplies to certified installers affiliated with a solar / installation related industry. Of course it is possible to connect you to a company in your area. If you are interested in this, please contact our sales team at info@vdh-solar.nl or 0172 235 990.

Do you also sell outside the Netherlands?

VDH Solar also delivers its products abroad. When placing your order, please indicate where the products can be delivered. Please note that there may be transportation costs associated with this. If the order value is above €600,-, VDH Solar delivers your order within the Netherlands completely free of charge. For the Wadden Islands, Belgium, Germany and other EU countries we have attractive transport rates.

Can I add a time delivery to my order?

At VDH Solar it is possible to add a time delivery to your order. Time delivery is only applicable from Monday to Friday:

1. Time delivery in a block of 1 hour: 100 euros
2. Time delivery in a block of 2 hours: 75 euros
3. Time delivery in a block of 4 hours: 40 Euros

For Belgium we use the following time deliveries, these are valid from Monday to Friday:

1. Time delivery in a block of 1 hour: 150 Euros
2. Time delivery in a block of 4 hours: 80 Euros

Can I also pick up my order?

Please indicate during ordering that you would like to pick up your order. You can pick up your order Monday through Friday between 07:00 and 17:00 . Our address is: Finlandlaan 1, 2391 PV Hazerswoude-Dorp.

When will my order be delivered?

At VDH Solar applies: ordered today before 16:30 hours, is the next working day in house if in stock. Our sales team is available Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 hours to process your orders.

We cooperate with Sluyter Logistics for the delivery of our products. Delivery by Sluyter Logistics is on the specified delivery date between 08:00 and 18:00 unless a time delivery is requested. After your order is processed and picked up, you will receive an email through the carrier with the status of your delivery and an expected delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the goods. If you are unable to take delivery of the order, we will be forced to charge you for the cost of the 2nd delivery.

Can I also have my order delivered on location?

You can have your order delivered to your location. When ordering, specify where the order can be delivered and we will take care of the rest.

Do you also deliver on weekends?

VDH Solar unfortunately does not deliver on weekends. However, you can choose a morning delivery on Monday, so that you receive your goods in the morning.

I want to receive or pick up my order the same day, what should I do?
